WHY BAIT BOSS CHAVA

“Fishing should feel accessible from the first cast.”

Bait Boss Chava is named after my uncle Chava, who introduced me to fishing and helped create memories I still carry today. That’s what I hope to share through this brand. Your first fishing kit can be the beginning of so many memories—from learning your first cast to catching your first fish, with countless more waiting to be made.

Frequently asked questions
Does the kit come with fishing line?

No. Fishing line is not included with the kit or standalone reel.

Can I buy only the reel?

Yes. The BB3000 is available separately for $22.99. The complete Boss Series Kit 210 is $99.99.

Are there different sizes or colors?

Each product is offered in one version. There are no size or color selections.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time is separate from processing time. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Standard ordering is for U.S. destinations. Contact fidel@sfengineeringllc.com to inquire about shipping outside the country.

Can I take part in field testing?

Visit R&D / Field Testing to request updates and express interest. Selection depends on available testing opportunities.

Shipping and returns

Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is available within the U.S. For international shipping inquiries, email fidel@sfengineeringllc.com before ordering.

Returns

For a full refund, all returned items must be unopened, intact and complete. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Contact us with your order number before returning an item.

Incomplete returns

Missing components are deducted from the refund. For example, a returned $99.99 kit missing its BB3000 reel has a $22.99 deduction, leaving a $77.00 product refund.

Contact us for review of opened or damaged items and any other missing components. Manufacturing defects are handled separately under the limited warranty.

Limited warranty

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days. It is separate from the unopened-item return policy: opening an item to discover a defect does not by itself prevent you from contacting us about a warranty claim.

Email fidel@sfengineeringllc.com with your order details, a description of the defect, and clear photos or a short video. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the issue and explain the next steps.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping under the stated store policy.
